4am Wake Up Call Via Telemarketer

I am pissed off Bucket Heads VERY damn pissed off. This happened to me this morning and I am so damn pissed off about it that I'm going to post it here. I am FUMING damn it, I'm not going to even censor myself right now I'm just going to type and I do not give a shit about what is going to come out. Where do I begin?
I normally leave my mobile phone (cell phone if you're American) on at night when I am asleep for two reasons: I use it as a clock and just in case someone needs me for an emergency. It's about 4am in the morning and I am waken up by a phone call. I was tired so I didn't know what the hell was going on. I paniced slightly since I NEVER get a phone call at 4am in the morning. Maybe it was a friend in trouble. Maybe it was a family member in trouble. Alas, I was mistaken. It was so damn telemarketer from Indian and here is how the conversation went down:
Telemarketer: "Hello mate how are you this wonderful morning?"
Me: "Uhh? Wha..."
Telemarketer: "Isn't it a lovely day today sir?"
Me: "Today? Wha?"
Telemarketer: "Ohh it sounds like someone has been out partying a little too hard."
Me: "Who the... dude wha?"
Telemarketer: "Please sir try talking into the speaker I can't here you as you are mumbling all over the place.
Me: "Oh ok... FUCK OFF!!!"
I hit the end button, tried to get back to sleep but I was so pissed off I couldn't. So I have been up since 4am, it is almost 11pm at night and I am STILL pissed off about what happened.
Firstly what telemarketer calls someone at 4am? Secondly, and this is what really pissed me off even more, WHAT TELEMARKETER CALLS SOMEONE'S MOBILE PHONE!? Normally these pests call up house phones but no this asshole decided to call my MOBILE PHONE at 4AM IN THE GOD DAMN MORNING!!!
What the hell is this world coming to? Are these idiot telemarketers just asking for people to hate them even more now?

Also - an interesting side note: I had to call Dell's help center once, and I was clearly talking to an Indian call center. Because my number was from Australia, they have these Australian terms that they pepper through the conversation, so he'd arbitrarily tack on the work 'mate' and then tell me 'good on you'.
Except that I'm not Australian, so the artificial slang stuck out... that's a real mediocre way to try and sound like you're from Australia..

Wayne - How terrible. I feel your pain, really I do. It happened to me a while ago too, only it wasn't an actual telemarketer, it was an electronic voice saying I had won a prize (subject to conditions) and if I do something or other I can find out what it is and why and so forth, but I will be charged at such and such a rate for the privilege.
I was absolutely ropeable. I don't subscribe to anything/call anyone/enter any competitions that could have lead to getting a dodgy call like that in the middle of the night. I felt like staying on the phone to get an operator so I could hurl expletives at them, but then I thought, that's probably what they want me to do...
It's never happened before or since, but it still makes me mad. I hate those scams, and I really hate telemarketers.

Here's an update for everyone as well, it turns out a few other people at my work received the same damn call from different Indian telemarketers. They were called around the same time as me the same day too. I will be launching a mighty crusade against these barbarians. Who shall join thee!?
